Had a crack @ a custom steel balustrade on one of the projects in Brunswick, mig gasless welded onsite with my trusty 195, took me a good 3 days. countersunk drilled all the base screws.

Made a template, screw tacked the steel section to that then welded outside. sanded back primed and painted also

Happy with the end result! Mite do a few more( if im unlucky), stairs also custom built in house

Another day another inner city renovation/ extension. Never a dull moment!  Here’s a few of late.

Been building custom slider doors of late. from scratch Full cavity system and steel reinforced doors with soft close.

These definitely won’t be warping anytime soon if your having problems with custom ordered doors give one of these a go, just need an abundance of clamps.

How did we end up here!?? House was 150mm out of level front to back we jacked back to its former glory with a bunch of x 20Ton jacks in waves of 50mm increments.

Have to say…. … Re-leveling a house is reasonably enjoyable……. Unfortunately re stumping is not.

130+ stumps to pull out re dig to 800 deep and re concrete all Manual grunt. ( respect to those crews at it for a lifetime.)

fortunately we engineered the stump sucker 4000. Still doesn’t hurt any less !

knocked up this ply workshop way down in the basement, was a design on the fly situation. built in exhaust outlet that vents to the garden. Minimal monox!
